I just dropped by at Consumer Report and found the list of Best of New Car/Vehicle priced under $25,000. The list was made on April 2009 ago and the price was base on MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price).
The first stage goes to Chevrolet Malibu LT (4-cyl.) with priced $24,365, followed by Ford Focus SES and Ford Fusion SE (4-cyl.) with priced $18,490 and $21,520.
